None of these are unusual — they're just expensive to leave unfixed.
Marketing spend and revenue live in five dashboards that don't agree, so nobody fully trusts the "blended CAC" number in the Monday meeting.
If you run a services or agency business, the real question isn't ad clicks — it's which channel or referral actually turns into signed contracts, and that's still tracked in someone's head or a stale spreadsheet.
Attribution is either a black-box tool nobody understands, or a spreadsheet only one person knows how to update.
Whoever owns your data spends more time firefighting broken pipelines than building anything new.
You do not need to know whether the answer is a spreadsheet, an attribution model, or a warehouse. That is part of what we determine.
Connect campaign and touchpoint data to CRM opportunities and closed business using definitions your team can inspect.
See how we assess it →Trace conflicting metrics back to their sources, definitions, transformations, refresh schedules, and ownership.
See how we assess it →Determine the smallest reliable system your current decisions require—and what can wait until later.
See how we assess it →We start with the decision your team cannot answer, then build only the infrastructure needed to answer it reliably.
Multi-touch attribution built on your own data — not a black box. Understand which channels, campaigns, and touchpoints actually drive revenue, and reallocate spend with confidence.
Snowflake or BigQuery warehouse, dbt transformation layer, automated ingestion, and QA checks. A modern data stack set up right the first time — documented so your team owns it.
Sigma, Hex, Looker, or Tableau dashboards designed around the decisions your team makes weekly — not vanity metrics. Includes training so adoption actually sticks.
It is designed for consequential reporting problems, not for selling you the most complicated technology.
A focused assessment that shows what is broken, what should change, and what it will take to build. You keep the complete blueprint whether or not you hire us for the implementation.
One clear path from diagnosis to handoff — with an agreed scope, visible progress, and no dependency on us afterward.
In 20 minutes, we determine whether the Blueprint fits the problem. No system access or preparation is required.
We agree on the decision, stakeholders, sources, minimum access, and delivery boundaries before the five-day clock starts.
We map sources, definitions, reporting gaps, and technical risks, then design the smallest reliable path forward.
You receive the complete Blueprint and a recorded presentation, including the roadmap and fixed build proposal.
Implement internally, use another team, or hire us. If we build it, the $2,000 Blueprint fee is credited in full.
Clear commercial terms, direct senior access, secure working practices, and no lock-in.
The five-day Revenue Data Blueprint is $2,000 and credited in full toward the build if you move forward. You receive a fixed build price before committing to implementation.
No account managers, no rotating junior staff. You work directly with the two people who scoped the project.
We can sign an NDA and DPA before access begins. We request only the access needed, work in infrastructure you control, and remove our access at handoff.
The warehouse, the models, the documentation — all yours. If you want to walk away after handoff, you can.
Prime Analytics is a founder-led revenue data consultancy. We combine data engineering, attribution, and decision-facing analytics so clients do not have to coordinate separate specialists for the warehouse, models, and reporting layer.
Both founders remain hands-on from the first conversation through handoff. We work remotely from Honduras in US core hours, with fluent English communication and documentation.
