This page explains what data primeanalytics.ai collects, why, and who else processes it. This is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for legal advice. An NDA and data processing agreement can be put in place before we receive access to client systems.
If you email us or book a call, we receive whatever you send us: your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use it only to respond to you and, if we start working together, to deliver the engagement. We don't sell or rent this information to anyone.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand traffic to this site. It's cookieless and doesn't track you individually across sites; it reports aggregated metrics like page views and referrers. See Cloudflare's Web Analytics page for details.
We also record a small set of first-party conversion events in Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine, such as opening our scheduling link, choosing a fictional Blueprint example, or using “Save as PDF.” These events contain the event name and page path only. We do not write form contents, email addresses, IP addresses, user-agent strings, or URL query parameters to this conversion dataset.
If you become a client, any data pipelines, warehouses, models, or dashboards we build run on infrastructure you own and control (your Snowflake/BigQuery account, your cloud environment). We request only the access needed for the agreed work, remove our access at handoff, and don't retain copies of your production data after an engagement ends unless you ask us to. An NDA and data processing agreement can be signed before access begins.
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@primeanalytics.ai.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
